Shipping Policy — Centurion Tools

Processing. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday–Thursday ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on Fridays, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. All orders ship from our facility in Louisa, Virginia.

Shipping rates and carriers. We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $150 ship free within the continental US.

Delivery times. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International. We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout; the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

Issues. Wrong address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll correct it before shipment. Lost, damaged, or missing items? Email sales@centuriontools.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
