1/4" shank V-point engraving bit with a 30° included angle (15° per side) and .047" tip diameter, designed for cutting Color Core, Rowmark, IPI, and similar two-layer engraving plastics. The narrow 15° per-side geometry produces crisp, clean V-grooves that expose the contrasting core layer with minimal material removal and sharp edge definition. The .047" tip diameter prevents the point from over-cutting at shallow depths, giving consistent groove width across variable depth passes. Also suitable for fine lettering, detailed inlay work, and engraving hard acrylics and PVC sheet. Solid carbide, 2-flute, V-point corner style. Specifications: 1/4" shank, 2-1/2" OAL.
