Description
A solid carbide O-flute router bit designed for clean, heat-free cutting in plastics, acrylics, HDPE, and dense hardwoods. The oversized, polished gullet carries more chip volume per revolution than a standard spiral, which is the key to preventing re-cutting and the heat buildup that melts or gums up plastic edges. The result is a cleaner, smoother cut edge that often needs little to no post-machining cleanup. At 1/8" diameter with a 1/4" shank, this bit handles fine detail routing and profile work in materials that punish conventional tooling. It measures 1/2" cut length, 2" overall length, 1/4" shank. The plunge end allows direct entry into the workpiece for pocketing, dadoing, and mortising. Made in the USA by Centurion Tools LLC.
