Description
A solid carbide 1/2" straight flute router bit for precision CNC routing, slotting, dadoing, and controlled-depth cuts. The zero-helix geometry generates pure radial cutting forces with no axial chip thrust — which means no workpiece lift, no lateral deflection, and very predictable behavior in thin stock, delicate profiles, and materials that don't tolerate tool flex. It's a first-choice geometry when dimensional accuracy matters more than chip evacuation speed, and it performs well across wood, MDF, plywood, and plastics. It measures 1-1/8" cut length, 3" overall length, 1/2" shank. Center-cutting plunge end. Made in the USA by Centurion Tools LLC.
