A solid carbide 90° V-Carve bit (45° per side) built for CNC sign making, lettering, inlay work, and decorative carving. The 90° included angle is well-suited for wide, open V-grooves that work well for large bold lettering and decorative chamfering. Two-flute design with a precision-ground V-point tip delivers clean, consistent groove walls and sharp corner definition in wood, MDF, and sign substrates. The center-cutting tip allows direct plunge entry at 2-1/2" overall length, with a 1/4" shank for solid collet engagement. Made in the USA by Centurion Tools LLC.
